| DPT-4001 Loop Powered Differential Pressure Transducer |

| The DPT-4001 differential pressure transducer sensor operates on the capacitance principal and is capable of sensing ultra low differential pressures. In the capacitance cell, a very lightweight, responsive diaphragm deflects a small amount when pressure is applied. This deflection results in a change in capacitance, which is then detected and processed electronically into 4-20 mA output signal linear to the differential pressure. |

| DPT & DPIT-4005 Series are analog four wire differential pressure transducers with a scaling multiplier and output filter complete in a single package. The 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, or 0-10 VDC selectable output of the transducers is linear to velocity pressure. Each transducer is factory spanned and calibrated to meet the design requirement of the application. Optional features include local indication of the measured differential pressure on an independent front panel mounted magnehelic pressure gauge (Model DPIT-4005-M). |

| MicroTrans Airflow Signal Processor |
| |
| The MicroTrans signal processor utilizes current state-of-the-art digital microprocessor technology capable of producing overall ±0.1% accuracy with unequaled 20-bit (1,048,576 steps) A/D and 12 bit (4,096 steps) D/A signal conversion resolution. Having a twelve-point linearization capability, the MicroTrans can accurately determine true airflow rates even when the primary airflow measurement stations do not meet their minimum installation requirements. The ultra low 0.04"w.c. differential pressure, 800 fpm full scale operating ranges and the auto zeroing function of the MicroTrans provides accurate airflow measurement down to 100 fpm. The MicroTrans accepts a temperature input signal for air density compensation for standard or actual airflow calculations. |
