Model E/P 100 Electronic to Pneumatic Transducer
The E/P 100 is a precision transducer used to convert an electronic analog input signal into a pneumatic output that is linear to the input value. The unequalled performance specifications of the E/P 100 is attributed to its’ unique feedback control loop, which has eliminated the typical operational problems associated with mounting position, vibration, fluctuations in supply air pressure, supply air quality, and minor tubing leaks. These operation problems are eliminated because the feedback control loop utilizes a precision pressure transducer with temperature compensation for the accurate feedback of the pneumatic output value and a precise analog controller for stability and instantaneous correction capability. The E/P 100 can be operated manually. This mode of operation is activated using a switch located under the devices’ cover. The pneumatic output is manually adjusted utilizing a potentiometer that offers a full range output capability.
